Redemption Information:
STEP 1 Book your cruise online at www.royalcaribbean.com. *A deposit is required at the time of reservation. Certificate may be used only as a form of payment toward a new reservation made directly with Royal Caribbean International.
STEP 2 Redeem your gift card by sending your reservation number and image of your gift card to SharedServicesGiftCertificateRedemption@rccl.com. *You will be notified once certificate has been applied to reservation. Please allow up to 10 business days.
The full amount of the Gift Card will be applied to the reservation. Full amount must be used as no remaining balance will be carried over. There is no limit to the number of Gift Cards that can be used in one transaction. If the order exceeds the amount on the Gift Card the difference can be paid by Credit Card.
