How to use BetMGM gift cards
BetMGM gift cards fund your account balance. They work on betmgm.com and in the BetMGM app.
Log in, open the Cashier tab and select Deposit. Click the TAPPP icon. You are taken to a Gift Card Redemption page. Enter the 10-character PIN from your Card Depot order and select Redeem and Continue. You will see the voucher amount and any bonus, then select Deposit Now.
The deposit is instant, and the funds become your ordinary BetMGM account balance rather than a separate gift card wallet.

Where BetMGM operates
This is the thing to check before buying, because the card is only useful where BetMGM runs.
Online casino is the narrower list. BetMGM's own published casino availability covers Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Online sportsbook runs in considerably more states.
Both lists change as states license new operators, so check BetMGM's site for current availability in your state before you buy. You also have to be physically located in a legal state when you play, not merely a resident of one.
Understanding the bonus
Most BetMGM gift cards carry a bonus on top of the face value, and the bonus behaves differently from the money you paid for.
The face value deposits as ordinary balance. The bonus arrives as promotional funds, carries a playthrough requirement, and cannot be withdrawn. You clear the playthrough by wagering, and the exact multiple and time limit are shown to you at redemption.
Two practical consequences worth knowing before you deposit.
A bonus you do not clear in time is simply gone. BetMGM puts a window on promotional funds. If you are not planning to play inside that window, the bonus is not part of the value you are buying.
An unmet playthrough can hold up withdrawals. BetMGM's withdrawal rules state that where bonus restrictions are unsatisfied, withdrawals may be blocked until they are met. So a card that carries a bonus is not the same as depositing cash, and that matters if you expect to withdraw soon after.

Can I use more than one card?
Yes, though BetMGM processes them one at a time, and where several bonuses are active, wagering counts toward the first one activated.
