How to use UNTUCKit gift cards
UNTUCKit gift cards work three ways: online at untuckit.com, in UNTUCKit stores, and by phone at 888-992-3102. Online, enter the gift card code at checkout. Your code arrives with your Card Depot order. In store, present the code at the register. UNTUCKit asks customers redeeming a digital card in a store to be ready to show proof of purchase, so keep the order confirmation from your Card Depot account handy. US cards are US only
UNTUCKit runs separate storefronts and separate gift cards for the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. A US card is redeemable in the United States only, at untuckit.com and UNTUCKit's US stores. If the recipient shops on untuckit.ca or untuckit.co.uk, this is the wrong card. Those regions have their own, in their own currency. UNTUCKit is also sold through department stores including Nordstrom and Macy's. The gift card is not redeemable there. Redemption is limited to UNTUCKit's own store and website.
Spend it across as many orders as you like
UNTUCKit states plainly that a gift card can be used on multiple orders until the balance reaches zero. So the card does not have to be matched to a single purchase, and a partial spend leaves the rest intact for next time. That suits how the brand is actually bought. Shirts get added one or two at a time rather than in one large order, and a balance that carries across several orders through the year fits that better than one that has to be spent at once.
Why a discount works on UNTUCKit
UNTUCKit sells a fairly specific thing: shirts cut to look right worn untucked, plus the polos, tees, outerwear and bottoms that have grown around that idea. People who like the fit tend to buy several, then come back for more in different colors. That repeat pattern is the case for buying the balance ahead. The discount happens once, at purchase, and applies across whatever you buy with it. There is no code to remember at checkout beyond the card itself. Gift giving with a fit problem solved
Shirts are a hard gift. Sizing is personal, UNTUCKit's whole proposition is about fit, and getting it wrong means a return. A balance hands the sizing decision to the person wearing it, and you still bought it at a discount.

You can also contact the card issuer at [email protected] or (855) 479-4053, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central. UNTUCKit's own customer service is 888-992-3102, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. The issuer handles balances, refunds and replacements; UNTUCKit handles orders. Getting cash back on a small leftover balance
UNTUCKit publishes a threshold, and it is a more generous one than most. If the card has a remaining balance of $15.00 or less, you can request a refund by calling (855) 479-4053 or emailing [email protected]. Beyond that, the card is not redeemable for cash except where law requires it. Stacking with sales and promotions
UNTUCKit runs sales and promotional codes through the year. Those work on the price of the shirts. A discounted gift card works on the money you are paying with, so both land on the same order. One thing that does not stack: coupons and discounts cannot be applied to buying a gift card. If other items are in the same order, the coupon applies to those instead. Yes, at UNTUCKit stores in the US. If you are redeeming a digital card in store, be ready to show proof of purchase.
Can I use it at Nordstrom or Macy's?
No. Redemption is limited to untuckit.com and UNTUCKit's own stores, even though those retailers carry the brand.
Does it work in Canada or the UK?
No. A US card is redeemable in the United States only. UNTUCKit issues separate cards for Canada and the UK.
Do UNTUCKit gift cards expire?

Can I add more money to the card?
No. UNTUCKit gift cards are not reloadable. Buy another card instead.
Can I use a gift card to buy another gift card?
No. UNTUCKit excludes gift card purchases.
What if I return something I bought with the gift card?
UNTUCKit issues refunds to the original form of payment, return credit, or a gift card. Note that their online return credit is short lived, expiring six hours after it is issued, after which the refund reverts to the original payment method. Final sale items cannot be returned.
What happens if I lose it?
UNTUCKit's terms state that lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, though their support team asks to be contacted at [email protected]. Keep your code somewhere safe rather than relying on that. Leaving it in your Card Depot account is the simplest option.

Card Depot buys newly issued digital gift cards from authorized distributors and wholesale partners at volume pricing, and passes the difference on. Same card numbers, same balances as buying at face value. Nobody is offloading an unwanted card. Your code arrives in your Card Depot account, most orders within minutes.
